  2. Mindfulness is Not a Relaxation Technique: it’s about practicing awareness, even amidst challenges.

  3. Mindfulness is Not an Escape from Reality: It's about facing reality with openness and acceptance, rather than avoiding it.

  4. Mindfulness is Not Meditation: Mindfulness practices are adaptable and can be integrated into everyday activities.

  5. Mindfulness is Not a Spiritual Practice: It's about connecting to ourselves and our environment, not to a higher power
